I was just curious about how long the Final Summary can be or needs to be? Does it need to be in a particular font or size? Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone!

There is no length restriction and the Final Plan can be whatever font and font size you prefer.  There is not a format that must be followed either; however, I suggest you follow the format of the Final Plan Template that was email to everyone.  It will make it easier for the judges to score your plan for the three judging criteria listed.

The Best Plan prize will be awarded to the plan with the most points awarded by the judges so make sure you address the judging criteria.  Also, if you think your plan may qualify for one or more of the special awards make sure you point this out.

For the Cost and Benefit Details section of the Final Summary, is it prudent to include a Cash Flow Statement and a Sales Forecast or just to describe projected numbers?

The point of the section is to show the judges that the Internet use you are planning will have a positive financial impact on your business so additional expenses and anticipated revenue changes with forecasted timeframes are key metrics.  You can choose to do this in any format you desire but you should only include financials related to the proposed new Internet use in your business.  So, a cash flow statement and sales forecast would be useful to include but only as they pertain to the new Internet use(s)

Cry  Well the good news is that I finally found someone who was able to fix my laptop.  The bad news is that the project I had planned is not going to happen and there is not time to do a concise and comprehensive Final Summary based on my current business plans.  So I will not be participating but wish you all the best of luck in the contest and in your business endeavors.

Sorry to hear that you won't be submitting a final plan Ruth.  Hope you continue to work on your plans to use the Internet and good luck with your future endeavors.
