www.sba.gov website has a lot of on-line training, if a "mini" course is what you need on a topic. There are also a lot of general information provided by business planning and managing a business through the various stages that can be located in the "Small Business Planner" section. If you click on that section, and look under "Manage your Business" there is a link to "Forecast" as well as "Technology". Both of those links bring you to even more detailed links that might answer a particular question, or provide education into a topic.
